I think science can advise us on subjective actions and choices. Economics and behavioral psychology can effectively tells us what sorts of actions and choices can benefit us and the people around us. Economics, for instance, deals with choices involving utility.

What I think science (particularly moral psychology) still can’t advise us on are normative choices. Normativity and subjectivity are different things. Normative actions are actions that have moral weight. They’re actions that have moral repercussions.
