Yes. Indoctrination is indispensable when we’re learning foundations. Luckily, I haven’t experience this during my undergraduate career. We’re given quite the intellectual freedom to be critical of anything and everything.

My concern now is, like said, that we get a very wrong idea of what ‘critical thinking’ really entails, i.e., question authority, just not mine.
